This is my first spinner. It sits on a end table beside a chair. Every time company comes the person that sits in that chair sooner or later picks it up and starts playing with it. It never fails.

Very neat, I love how the simplest of objects gain a lot of attention.
I guess it’s the “Curiosity” that gets people.
So I have a question as well, Does it spin like a top on a point or does it spin on a central shaft of some sort???
I gotta make one.

You hold it with your index finger and thumb. Then spin it. Search Fidget Spinner on the internet. All kinds of video and articles. It is crazy.

Yes I used a bearing, it is covered with some turned casein I has left over from my pen making days. I have many pen blanks left over and this is a good use for them.

Very nicely done Paul, my grandsons have one of the shop bought ones and seem to play with them a lot….
BUT they aren’t as nice as yours sir….
