I made this for my grandaughter thats due in January. I found a site on the web with a bunch of font choices, then made use of their sample area that allows you to type in a phrase and view it. So i blew it up and transfered it over to tracing paper to lay on top of the Spanish Cedar board. Then i freehand routed the letters with my Dremel tool and painted the rout black. Next was to rout the edge and sand the face to get the black paint off that i got everywhere. Finally a satin laquer finish and a small hanger for the back.
