Well, in between a little work the wood shop, were getting close to having the Back-yard done! The fake grass has been delivered and waiting for us to complete the stone work, so we can install it. The Granite people have made templates and are making the counter tops. When designing I did not consider the size, as I built this to fit a specific area. This cost me extra, as I had to buy 2 slabs instead of one, what are you going to do? Fire Pit has been tested and is 90% complete. Warning I had no idea how expensive fire glass is , $6.00 per pound I needed 70 pounds oh my. My tool box I am building is almost complete and that all wood! Promise.

Nice looking ‘pit’ you have there. I’ll bring the beer… :)

Beautiful Work! I can see this is going to a favorite place to spend time.

Is the stone work called “Elderado Stone”?

Love your backyard. If you have not done so maybe you should post this at Home Referbers also.

I have 3 cutting boards and a wooden toolbox going into the finishing stages this week so I can post a wood project…Yea!

All LJ’s are invited anytime! Made alot of progress yesterday and all the stone should be done minus the back-splash as the granite counter tops should be finished early this week. Were almost ready to install the the artificial turf and pour some drinks. I will make the deadline for my wife Patty’s “B” day party as she requested. Last party we had over 100 guest show up. Makes you feel good that people take time out of their busty life to come by. Well its 8am sunday and time to get to work as were buringing daylite.
