Well here are the free plans for the dado/lap joint jig which where drawn for us by STELIART/STELIOS and we should be thankful to have him on our website and make these free plans for us !
Here is the link to the post and I updated it a bit by changing the fence mount .
http://lumberjocks.com/projects/317481
Here is the plan in pictures

Here are a few more pictures on how I quickly set up the jig

Set the height of the blade

Set the distance of where the first cut is to be made

Loosen the white screw and push the work piece against the sliding finger then insert the gauge block and push the slider against the other side and tighten the white screw .

Now loosen the wing handle and place the work piece between the slider and the sliding finger and I am set up
making the first cut by sliding the work piece against the sliding finger

Now I pull up the sliding finger and start cleaning out the waste until I come to the inside stop

Here are the two pieces all cut out

This is the assembled joint .
Note: this jig could also be fitted to a router table

I hope you like the plan and if you have questions just ask .

Thanks Klaus and Stelios

Great and useful jig!
Even though I don’t have a decent tablesaw yet, thanks a lot to Klaus and Stelios!

@Stelios: Maybe you like to post the skp where many others can be found: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/search.html?q=jig&backendClass=both
