Constructed of maple, walnut and baltic birch plywood. The letters are not inlaid, stenciled, wood burned or laser engraved. Instead, I scroll sawed the letters into a piece of 1/8” baltic birch plywood, filled the letter holes in with Mohawk two part epoxy walnut putty, sanded the front and back flush then glued a backer board of 1/8” baltic birch plywood to the back to provide rigidity.

bhacksaw – the font is called papyrus. Looks good in all caps as well as lower case.
