Bought some old Mahogany on Graigs list. Built for a non profit auction, it sold for $2,600, to a close friend. Power tools used to mill the stock and the joinery was all cut by hand. I think I’ll build another one for our home.

Wow ! What a fantastic job ! I’m making the same blanket chest with honduran mahogany at the moment. I redid a few things as its actually a toy box with torsion hinges for my kids. Great work ! Wish me luck I’m setting the hinges tonight !

This is a beautiful piece and so nicely done and it displays some fine craftsmanship.

All that smoothing and rounding on any G&G project involves hours of “extra” work. Very excellent!

That is simply beautifully done. From the design, to the execution and finish, it looks perfect.
