Very nice. How did you do the handle?

I Laminated Sepele (middle) bloodwood outside that, ash outside that , then ran through drum sander to get to about 3/4” thick. Then resawed the end pieces for the box to about 1/8” (I might go thinner next time) Then took the 3/4 stock and cut the resaw in a length to make the handle to match the sides thickness, then cut on the band saw the handle “lift” over and under.. Then a lot of filing and sanding. I need a pattern jig if I want to do a few of these. That explanation help?

Very good idea, using ribbon curve as handle.

Majuvla, I give credit for the handle idea to Lumberjock Tayraylor.
