My kitchen, admittedly i work for a cabinet company so I have access to cool tools and space to do it. I have recently been wanting to do more hand work. Less carcass more finess.
I do love my kitchen, though…

I like the combination of painted and natural finishes. Very nice!

Nice kitchen. Even if you moonlight with the best equipment.

thanks, all for the compliments. I spent all most as much time drawing (and redrawing) as I did building. Even so it took me about 6 months to complete everything.
all the Cherry (green and wood tops) came from my Grandfathers farm. <gasp> I painted it! Well, sort of paint…it has a worn rub-through finish so the cherry patina is sweet.
It is in a log home…I had to educate the jobsite guys on custom made cabinetry…They thought all cabinets were delivered in a box!
There’s not much I would change.
I am anxious to try more intricate and challenging work, but first, bunkbeds.
