The client requested that I design and make a cutting board that would allow a quarter of a pig to be butchered at one time. The cutting board is 32” x 18” x 1 3/4”. The materials used were Oak, Walnut and Mango. These pics show the board in use at Belly in Santa Rosa CA.

My wife would love it. Great job.

Nice….......cut up a raw pig….....then some salmonella chicken….......then cut up my salad and peppers on the same board and serve them to me. No cross contamination going on there.

Good lookin’ piece of work! If I show that to the wife it would surely end up on the honey-do list…. :)
