commercial cutting board

The client requested that I design and make a cutting board that would allow a quarter of a pig to be butchered at one time. The cutting board is 32” x 18” x 1 3/4”. The materials used were Oak, Walnut and Mango. These pics show the board in use at Belly in Santa Rosa CA.

Nice….......cut up a raw pig….....then some salmonella chicken….......then cut up my salad and peppers on the same board and serve them to me. No cross contamination going on there.
