Built for one of my grandboys it’s all the same color the light makes the headboard looks lighter. The bed id made from oak ply and the the drawer fronts are made from Walnut from a tree i got from a tree cutting service heer in town. i then had it cut into boards. Now i’m just waiting fr the right project so that i can finally use it.

This is an outback mailbox made from scrap this was a test project for me. Every piece of wood is cut on an angle abd the thing is way larger than i thought it would be. I don’t like it but i finished it because i had started it. (also a good lesson for my grandson who helped me. (Finish what you start) I also made the post that goes with it. i like the post. i got this plan from an online site. I live in a rural area so it would be just right for for me. but not made for city life :)

Neat bed. Looks like a neat place to lay and read pirate & sea-fairing books and exercise the imagination of a young boy.
