I made 6 of these Cheese Boards foo Christmas present last year. They contain EBONY, PURPLE HEART , WALNUT, CURLY MAPLE , MADRON SEPELE , but not in every one. The cutting wire & handle came from Wood River ,via Woodcraft at a cost of $12.00. I had to adjust the wire loop at the end where it enters the wood. The finish is Salad Bowl Finsh.

Very good looking. For future endeavors, I usually get mine from cheeseslicing.com. Good prices and more importantly good customer service.
