I had a few heh, heh, pieces left over from my last attempt at a Lazy Larry cutting board so I thought what the heck, I went and bout some new glue, and made another and ta da! nothing to it, well, it took a few passes through the planer and had to cut a half inch off all the ends, but it did, after a little sanding made my wife jump up and down and yell you ain’t giving this away!! So it pleased her anyway, and yea I’m happy with it, and to satisfy my by line that’s all that counts, right?

I found out my saw fence was crooked and off kilter, which I can relate to. Thanks buddy.

That is WAY too cool! I really bet you gave your planer a workout after the first glue-up! ;-)

I really have to try this method – really clean out the scrap bins.

Thanks for the pics and GREAT job!

Mike A fantastic board. I’m glad that you climbed back up on that horse and tried it again.

Of course working from horseback can give you a few skewed lines.

A happy customer what more can you want.

OK. Much better now that it is in one piece. Larry could not make one of these. His equipment is all in line. In fact this style of cutting board may only be unique to you! You just have to remember the how to mess it up part, so you can put it back together. What angle was your fence set at? One of a kind.

I can think of no way to make this… It is definitely unique to you Mike…
Many may try to copy this but I doubt any will succeed..
Glad you had a second go at it and this is definitely my favourite board..
And it is not an abomination any more… I am rather pleased to be associated with the fine example of a grand design change mid project… LOL

Thats a designer piece. It actually came out totally awesome. I like the messy organized look. It makes you look at it over and over.

Very nice

Very nice! I really like this crazy pattern and the woods are wonderful. It looks more like wall art than a cutting board.
