Deb (the boss, and my better half) collects clocks, so last week she got a 1” clock insert at Woodcraft.
I had just gotten a resaw blade for the craftsman bandsaw, so I made this.
Lyptus wood, provincial stain in tung oil, then two coats of poly.

Nice shape. Great grain and figure in the wood. Great build. Always good to keep the better half pleased. Well done.

Beautiful piece. I did some of these in various sizes and sold like hot cakes.
