This steampunk lamp is made out with pallet wood and with an Edison bulb. This is a simple project of one of Dan’s Cordero project, who I admire a lot. I have done a recreation of this, improvising materials that I already had.

In the video you can see the step by step and the final result of this project. It is an easy to make lamp with a beautiful retro style.

i love that lamp. watched the video. question==does the rope come with the wire come inside the rope? thanks and if so where can this be obtained?

AS a “cheapskate” all the way; I really like the use of materials that are very economical and saving the environment at the same time.

On top of that it looks GREAT too.

Yes, the wire comes inside the rope. It is a wire imitating a vintage rope. I got it in Aliexpress, you can find it as “vintage rope”. Thanks!

That’s a pretty cool looking steam punk lamp—I love the light given off by those Edison bulbs!
