Mahogany bar top

I made a bar a few years ago and coated the top with epoxy.. It didn’t hold up well outside with the elements as it is outside all the time at my camp..So I needed a new top. I inherited some old mahogany braces from work that were kiln dried then pressure treated. so I decided to use them. I glued everything with titebond 3 and then made some breadboard ends , put it all together,and routed a table edge.. Finished it this time with 2 coats of shellac to seal in the pressure treatment..Then I will follow up with 3 coats of a spar varnish.. hope you enjoy!! I love the look of the different color variation in the pieces…
