Thanks for looking. The first weird looking this is a small walnut bowl with a Paduck post. It is a ring and ear ring bowl. You put your rings on the post, and your hook ear rings in all of the holes. I got a bowl from Scrappy a few weeks ago and seen how fancy his bottom was (on his bowl…) and figured that I needed to upgrade my work. While it was somewhat easy to make, the thin lip is a bit scary where the ear rings go. Finished with conversion varnish, sprayed on. The second is a cigar pen that I made for an upcoming charity auction for a local Christian School, Walnut Street Christian School in Avis. This Friday this pen, two custom rifles that we made at work will be, and along with many other things auctioned off to help the school help student attend. The pen is also finished in conversion varnish sprayed on (hard as nails!) and my friend Josh at work lasered on the schools logo. Made in Zebrawood. This has to be one of my favorite woods to turn for pens. The last pen is also a cigar pen, made from a piece of the Rosewood that I blogged as a wood gloat. First time that I used it. As I was told, I didn’t like the dust too much, and I was expecting it to leap out in the look. Kind of a rich look and the longer I look at it the better it looks. Anyway thanks for looking.

Great turnings! Love the ring/ear ring holder. The fine detail in the bottom of the piece makes it look more professional. Great job on that thin ring. Did you use a jig for the hole spacing?

Nice pens. I also really like the Zebra wood one. The Rosewood does look very deep and rich in color.

Keep up the great work.

Hacksaw: That Cigar Pen is a BEAUTY!!

Jamiel: OR! Something you could hang your “Fleshlight” on until all the 10W30 Drains out. (No offence Hacksaw it’s also a nice piece of work)
