Completed April 2, 2017. A CD Bookcase made for a friend. Cherry wood with Mahogany trim and molding. the Cherry will become darker and redder as time goes by and I’ll update the pics. Bottom cabinet is 10” deep (with the back installed at 6 5’8” x 33 1/2×41. the Top cabinet is 6 5/8” deep x 26” x 32” Yes, he’s got a lot of CD’s. Built for cost, it was built for a friend / electrician that ran a 220 and 4 banks of 4 – 110 outlets for the shop, gratis.

Nice case….........what’s a CD? Ohhhhh, those old fashion things that store limited amounts of music….......never mind.
The cherry is beautiful. Nice repayment for his work to your shop. Looks a bit tippy…..hopefully no young kids around that will try to climb to the top.

Correct on the “tippy” part. Straps tethered to the wall at the top of each cabinet were the first lines I drew when drawing up the plans.
