Japanese Shoji doors I built for the spa room in a 27k sq ft house. First time trying something like this.

These look great…...and from what I can see, really seem to fit the room perfectly.

Thanks. I built a bench for the room also that I will post later. This is what the designer gave me to work from.

Looks very nice. Does it serve as an entry door or more of an architectural highlight along with camflaging the laundry machines? Also, did you use rice paper or some other material in the door panels?

Mostly an architectural highlight. Only the door on the far right is functional. One opens for the washer and dryer. Here is a link to the paper. http://www.eshoji.com/c/laminated-shoji-paper.html
