Thanks for sharing.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.

Great design, execution & wood combo looks good.
What are the woods?
Did you flock the drawers… I still haven’t the guts to try that.

The woods are cedar burl on outside with black Walnut handles, cherry, maple and again black walnut. The drawers are flocked as it is so easy to do compared to other options. I flock after I spray so if any of the epoxy gets on the wood it is so easy to wipe off even after 24 hours.

WOW WOW now that is really an eye catcher. You could sell the drawings for more than most sell completed boxes. You really did a terrific job creating a lovely gift

Awesome Box one of the best I’ve ever seen. What type and size bandsaw blade do you use?

I use a Laguna 14/12 but could easily make this with a 9” clearance bandsaw. I have a company in Saskatchewan to make my blades.

Very interesting design. Fun to cut I’m sure.
