Project Information

I reclaimed this tree from a farmers yard in northwest Wisconsin. I slabbed it then air dried it for a year before I ran it through the kiln. Normally a 7-12 day job, I managed to crank out this dining table in just four days for an upcoming show. Thats a matching walnut slab desk in the background, also reclaimed from NW Wisconsin. Not bad for a guy with one arm.

I don't think I could do that so quickly regardless of arm count :)

I finished it with three coats of pre-cat lacquer laid down by a Fuji Q4 Platinum.
