Nesting Oval Band Saw Boxes in Bright Green

April, 2010—More fun with cut-offs, glued up. Here are three nesting boxes. When you make the first one, the left over core is good for another one, and then another one. This is mostly pine, with some other woods mixed in. The green is T-shirt tie-dye left over from my daughter’s project. I then used a couple of coats of the brush-on gloss lacquer.

I ve been doing the same thing with my drawer cores and cut off. nice project, I like the color.

Looks good. So you have a daughter that likes colored cabinets to. You can see her entertainment center in my projects if you care to look.
