These are some hand tools I made. There is a plane, bevel gauges, square, marking gauge and a dead blow hammer. All of them are made from purple heart and brass. The hammer is oak and purple heart.

Reallly nice. Purple heart is really pretty but oh so hard. They should last forever and look good doing it.

All the blades are out of small bench planes or are some that I ground down out of old irons

Yes, for some of them. Wood magazine had a tool evrey 2 months for awhile The hand plane and the square are my own. Thanks for asking.
