big job.
we removed drywall knee wall on entire staircase to widen and upgrade to a new iron and oak staircase.
Solid oak mission style box newels with A combination of single spoon and single and double knuckle balusters. Using the sure tite fasting system is great for hardwood posts and a laser level made easy work of lining up each baluster. the side skirt board is one piece. we made a simple template for the landing tread and 2” pocket screws and glue/clamp to fasten. We used a double bevel to make the miter to meet the stair tread and forester bit and jigsaw to match the bullnose tread. satin cream puff acrylic latex for the paint and 3 coats of floor poly with the last sand using a 3m ultra fine sanding pad.

Great job on the stairs, I did almost the same job a month ago, it makes a huge difference in how the house looks!
