I’ve had the G0771 for almost two years now, and have been very satisfied. The lack of a zero clearance insert, and the difficult access to the cabinet caused me some consternation, but I’ve done a work-around for those. An insert was made from quarter sawn oak planed down to ~3/16”. It required a stiffener on the left side of the saw blade, and access holes were made for the factory leveling screws to allow easy interchangeability with the Grizzly standard and dado inserts. The original access door had six hex head 5mm screws which were a pain to undo and reinstall. The new access door used the machine screw taps for the original cover so no drilling or destruction was required. Access is now accomplished with removal of a single 5mm wing nut.
