My wife likes to press plant and flowers etc so I made her a set of 3 stacking cabinets to display her plants. The plants are sandwiched between plexiglass sheets which can be removed to switch up the display. Each box has the option of inserting the plant so the light shines down on it or shines through from behind. The boxes are made of white oak and have walnut corners. They are positioned around a walnut cross that has brass inlay. I had some motion activated undercabinet lighting left over from a job so a wave of the hand behind the cross turns on the lights
Have a good day guys and girls Rick

This is a very nice display and you’ve done a fine job on it. Congratulations and welcome to Lumberjocks.

Outstanding combination of two hibbies. Very nice way to present those plants.

Thats the second story in the loft in my shop. Headroom is fine as long as you stay in the one half of the room. :)
I wanted to something different with the wall so I cut up a bunch of fire wood I had and glued them to the wall ….
I havent figured out how to post a picture to the discussion as of yet

Have your say...
