Getting ready for spring!
(2) 23” high x 39” long x 16” deep planter boxes made from discarded pallets and reclaimed wood. All mortise and tenon joinery. First time not squaring up the mortise but instead rounding the tenon – much easier!

Removable cleats on the inside in case a slat gets damaged. Adjustable shelf inside to accommodate various size pots and troughs. Each piece is sealed in Thompson’s Water Seal before assembly so it can turn grey but resist moisture. We’ll see how it works.
Cheers
Greg

Really nice work! Certainly dresses up the deck.

Very beautiful design, as it is sopposed to be. I’m affraid it will drag views more than flowers.
