This was one of the most frustrating jobs I have ever done. The homeowners were under the impression they knew everything about renovations because they had done one in NJ. Every suggestion I gave was shot down, and sometimes it appeared they were shot down just because I made them. The first two pics are a privacy wall kind of thing between the pedestal sink and commode. Have to have reading material there, hence the magazine rack. The last three are a cubbyhole for towels and whatever a guest brings. I can’t go on, it brings up too many bad memories.

Looks nice. I always love dealing with people who know how to do my job better than I do. :)

When the sentences start with “you just” and end with “done in no time” you know you’re in for a long day.

That was what drove me out of doing remodeling for people. Some people can never be pleased. My favorite phrase “I could have done that”.

woodmaster, thanks for the comment, but this was bad. It is only on here to give people confidence.

To be honest I liked what you have here. I am remodeling my bathroom and that would work here. Hope the other thread hasn’t pissed you off towards myself.

What other thread, Dan. I’m not aware of anything you may have done for me to be ticked at you. If I can be of any help with your bath, PM me , but believe me, there are far more talented people on this site so just post a question or ask for help and you will get it. LJers tend to form a stampede when you put “help” in the title.

Dug, I usually enjoy my clients, these were very different. If you notice, there’s no edge banding on the top, this is because she couldn’t make up her mind if she wanted wood or tile on the top. Just one example.
