i have to admit that I have an affinity for craftsman furniture and had to justify to the wife (with new nightstands) why I bought the Leigh FMT Pro and Super 18” dovetail jig. Those are some pretty slick jigs if I do so say so. I pulled several ideas from the internet, spent a few hours sketching my own ideas, and this is what culminated. She’s happy with the result so hopefully she forgot about the jigs….hehe.

Nice design and beautiful QSWO. Can i ask what the dimensions are (thiskness) on the slats and stretchers? I am working out a similar design and want to get the stepped back look.

Nice job on these. What did you do to put the finish on them?

Great looking pair of nightstands! I love the finish—you really got that ray fleck to pop!
