Pruned our trees last Nov. The branches have been laying in a pile , corner of yard. Waiting for SOMEONE (Me ) to haul them away. Last Dec my wife wanted decorations for front step. I was in shop sharpening my old tennon cutters, I went to my pile and started cutting. Then I started drilling ,then I started gluing. I made one to show her how the tennon cutters worked. She wanted a second ! Simple project. Bit of glue, drill a few holes and used branches that were not of any use anymore. We have so much humidity here, this photo was taken today. 5 months after the pruniing !
SEND ME MY GLUE…..... I WIN….. I WIN …....... lol

Very unique.
It looks like Balsam Fir, the needles stay on forever, even when they turn brown.
