This 1:20 scale wooden model of an Aussie Kenworth T908/909 will be heading off shortly to a Western Australian Wedding where, ( so I gather ), it will be on display at the wedding reception table.
( Not everyday that one can,” park a truck, ” on a table,- especially at a wedding reception !!! )

  • For anyone interested,- I have the big rig woodworking plan available both here in Australia, and in the USA/Canadian region too, as now have an exclusive distributor in the USA.

GR8HUNTER,- Sam Matthews, of Attalla Alabama is my sole North American Big Rigs Plans Distributor. Sam is a Trucker, plus enjoys his woodwork, and will also be building the models too for sale to anyone who wishes to buy one.

  • I approached every one of the USA / Canadian Woodworking Magazines, plus most of the well-advertised Timber & Hobby woodworking Tools, & publications suppliers,- only to be turned down, or ( more to the point ), Rejected solely because my big rig plans are not American, therefore, according to all the big guys ” Won’t sell, ” – yet Sam Matthews is already receiving enquiries every day of the week from the various USA Facebook sites he is on, which I think says heaps..

Hi Roger, Well done with the USA Distributor.
Great job on this truck, it’s beautiful, and I can see it on the Wedding Table.
I wonder if the Bride & Groom are involved in the Transport business???????????LOL
Thanks for sharing.

Bob

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.
