Finally finished the paneling I blogged about here: The finish turned out to be a major pain. I used an older can of PolyStain that was a bit thick and difficult to cover the top edge of the panels. I had to do several more coats on the top and bottom edges to blend it all together. In the end I think it turned out pretty well. I since painted the outlets brown so that they blend in.

your doin a great job man! i want to redo the paiting and the floors in our house.

That looks great! I found some poplar plates at a big box store that are UL listed and take stain pretty well. Thanks to TopomaxSurvivor!
