Hello, guys!

The blades can be used as is or you can use the used blades by dulling them more and turning the burr on them. The steel is soft enough for turning the burr just like you would do on the card scraper.

I saw this idea in the Fine Woodworking magazine and decided to make my version of it.

Very interesting!
Been thinking about making a couple a these and have been thinking of making a larger one with blades from HF.

-- There's a hundred ways to do anything, alot depends on the tools at hand.

Yes, it will work. The steel is about the right hardness for the card scraper on these disposable blades.
