This started as most things in my “yard” as a pickup from cleanup of another person place. I got the Headboard took a looked at an thought it could be use to hold tools. I came home where I bolted to my bench which are the other two pictures of it on my workbench. I am working on overhauling my workbench so off this project came and was rebuild into a “full” storage unit. Still a child headboard with a shelf for my planes and a narrow shelf for clamps. I am not sure yet what type of finish I will use. I sometime use these project to test “work ability” of eg. stain or rub on stain, as this is in my shop I can “screw up”unlike the project for the living room.

Thank You everybody. If there is any new woodworker out there this is a good project to start on. You can hone your skills, without anybody seeing your mistakes :)

Great use of a piece tossed to the curb.
