Here is my first bowl turned from walnut on my very inexpensive Harbor Freight lathe. My wife asked for a nice bowl to hold our keys. It is about 6” in diameter. A lot of fun, but I need a lot of practice and have a lot of room for improvement. Getting things flat with no tool marks is quite a challenge.

It is a challenge getting things flat, I struggle with it also but I cant see a tool mark one on your bowl. Nice work, and an excellent finish also.

This bowl turned out beautifully.

I absolutely love the clean design of this bowl. Great execution too!
