Welcome to Lumber Jocks.

We are interested, tell us about yourself and where you call home. Obviously Quebec, but which part. We look forward to seeing it happen from the log to the finished product.

Indeed, more about the solar kiln. I very much want to do this as well for my own forest operations. I’d be interested to hear some first hand experience. Dang, I wish we had snow to haul them logs with a skidoo.
What kind of wood are you milling? drying in the solar kiln?

Welcome to Lumberjocks!

Being from the deep south, just looking at those photos makes me cold!

Must be great to find and mill your own lumber. Welcome to LumberJocks!

We will look forward to hearing more from you about all this.
