I recently had a commission for a full dining room table with breadboard ends and benches out of solid walnut. I tried to stick with traditional joinery which meant 24 individual mortise and tenons..

After deciding to film at least the table, I had to decide whether or not I wanted to make a bunch of smaller videos or one large one. After amassing 187 individual clips that took up nearly 65 gigs, I decided I was going for an almost feature-length film with no instruction or talking whatsoever.

Very nice looking table and benches set! I like the farmhouse design—and love the walnut!

This is such a beautiful table and the wood is amazing.

Great build and a really good video. You demonstrated the mechanics of the draw bored breadboard ends very well. I really like the walnut and the finish looks like it is begging to be touched!! Awesome job!!

Very well done, Ty. Really liked the video, too.

Q: How did the logo transfer thing work / how’s it done? Special transfer paper, or ? Brilliant.

Love the attention to detail and all the hybrid woodworking. The jointer is a friggin’ carrier deck, very nice. And, I heart your planer with dust collection.

Thanks everybody!

- Smitty_Cabinetshop, the logo transfer is done using regular paper with a logo printed using a crappy old laser printer and some acetone to melt the toner.
