In my workshop I saw a small piece of white wall and I said here is an good place for an organizer for my screws and small parts. I made shelves from melamine and I bought plastic food storage in three sizes. So now I have 108 boxes which are:
54 box (w d h)11,5cm x 8.5×6cm
48 box (w d h)17,5cm x 12 cm x 6 cm
6 box (w d h) 16,5cm x 22.5cm x 7

Very nice. I want to see the workbench. Looks like it’s seen many years of use.

Whitgreen77 the workbench is a gift from my teacher. He is retired now and he give me one of his 4 workbenches. It’s about 60 years old and its one of my next projects to reconstruct it.

Wow that is the most organized screw selection I’ve ever seen. Mine are all stored (dumped) in the little drawer cabinets you can buy at the big box store. When I need something I dump a couple of the drawers out and sort through them. Kind of like a miniature treasure hunt. I always find surprises or a screw that I needed on the previous project…...
