I’m getting ready to make a homemade set of Lincoln logs and needed a table saw sled to help with that. This is what I came up with after searching LJ for some good ideas. Sled base is 3/4” mdf with some leftover formica I had from my job. Runners are made of oak. The front and back fences are made from some leftover 5/4 mahogany I had laying around. The black section you see is rabbeted 1/4” to accept a piece of lexan I had. The present set-up is for cross cutting but if I change out the wider section with another smaller piece I can run dadoes as well. So far, so good. I am looking forward to starting my Lincoln log project. Enjoy!!

Great idea for multi purpose sled
