Planning ahead for the build of some Christmas gifts, I fabricated an Ed Stiles Finger Joint Jig. The jig was built to Ed’s plans. I added bronze bushings to the 3/8 all-thread through-holes, and I raised the mounting hole for the indexer about 5/8 inch. The finger joints pictured were the first pass on scrap wood. Sled base is 1/2 inch ply, fences and handles are white oak. Carriage is oak riding the fence sandwiched between yellow pine. Very accurate and a no brainer to operate. Thanks Ed!

I’ve looked all over the web for these plans but the links don’t seem to work. Can anyone provide these? Would be much appreciated
