Pdub, hopefully you are right. It would be nice to put my tools to good use, (ie producing items for profit so I can buy more wood and tools!) I have gotten two more orders, hopefully they are just the start.
Jerry, The flag was interesting to do, I had to take a piece of cardboard and pull part of the flag around it to have the four stars show up nice and then pack the rest of the flag behind. I then put a piece of hard board behind the flag and tacked it in place. I think it turned out alright but it wrinkled up a little bit afterwards even though it was pulled tight and I ironed it. Any ideas how to prevent the wrinkles?
A trick I use is before you stretch it over the backing use carpet tape between the flag and cardboard or plywood. You can even fold the flag the way it's supposed to be folded then just undo the last two folds to stretch the stars over the backing then fold it back under. It keeps the flag purest satisfied by not wadding the flag up behind the backing. Great job. Keep up the good work.
