This bowl is made of maple,purpleheart and the tree is walnut.I first made a segmented bowl turned about 3/16 then did the tree with a fordom power carver.Ive only had the lathe for 6 months and just love it

I wouldn’t trying eating cereal from it, though. :-)

Very nice… no, no, it’s better than that!

I love the flow of the tree! Sort of that organic, A&C look to it.

What are the measurements of this piece?

Has this inspired you to start any other similarly designed projects?

UNIQUE and beautiful, for both, but if you give me only one, I will take the second bowl.
