Funnel’n’roll…
Mobile phone amplifier.

Just me playing in the workshop.
Ok I admit it, this is really foolish, but I had to, simply could not resist…
Each time I saw the funnel in my shop kitchen, I smiled and thought that could be fun.
Now it’s done, took app one hour.
You are welcome to laugh, I do.

Have to say the Funnel’n’roll lost the test against my Bose big time, in fact the best I can say about it is, that it does amplify the music. Not a speaker but enough for a small party, like two or three guests…

You can read more in the blog: http://lumberjocks.com/mafe/blog/102994

Pictures:
1. Funnel’n’roll speaker.
2. Funnel, tube and plywood.
3. As easy as that.
4. Looking at speaker, looking at speaker…
5. Music and woodworking.
6. Funnel’n’roll vs. Bose Soundlink II.

Perhaps this can inspire others to do really stupid stuff.

Best thoughts,

MaFe

Love it! It’s so fun when people create with things just sitting around.

FANTASTIC !!!
I had something like that next to my bed when I was in the hospital. :-)

Also love the axe. Is that some kind of subliminal reference to Axl Rose?

Ax is a nice touch. Useful tool on all of those electronic devices when they won’t work correctly!

Great projects, Mads!

Man I must be getting OLD! I was thinking more along the lines of Chuck Berry rather than Guns and Roses ;^)

When you want to have some fun in the shop then why not. It looks like a fun project. Nice work.

Well, I’ve seen funnels used for crazier things…......!

Looks like you were having fun with this thing, and it’s nice to have something to brighten our days—thanks!
