February, 2017—Made these from pine board cut-offs following the exact same procedure as documented in my previous project. I’ve about used up the pine scraps at this point. Also finished off a can of oil stain. All the knobs on these were left-overs from cabinets that my wife said needed new knobs. The orange, blue, and deep red are water-based dye-stains. Others are oil stains. All are finished with water-based satin poly. Bar of soap included in the photo for scale.

I really like the blue one.
Nice to use up those scraps.
I hate throwing wood out.
