This is a suspended hollow form I made as a gift for the retiring family DR. Dyed Maple body with copper flake.
6 coats of diy WOP and 2 of paste wax, The frame is Cherry with copper pins (14 gauge wire) and 3 coats of Varathane.

very elegant mark,love the colors and base design.great way too send him off with a smile on face im sure.nice job and very chance is the table it sits on yours too?also very nice.

Really like this one Mark, nice shape and color and the copper flake make it special. Very neat stand also. Well done and will make a great send off present.
