My Desk My Desk No-picture-s Click the pictures to enlarge them

I have always wanted a unusual desk in my den so i was inspired when i saw one in the Bombay store, I wanted to buy it but it was way too big for my den so i decided to change a few things including the size and build my version of it. Its made of black walnut the legs i turned, appliques I ordered on line they are walnut as well and very hard to find, the moulding under the top i made, the desk has one center drawer that you can’t see in the pic, and the drawer sides are blind dovetailed. The finish is a water base urethayne.

Very unique piece and it looks wel executed.
Did you have a plan or did you just work from the Bombay store visuals?
They have some great designs. Too bad the manufacturing leaves so much behind for a decent price.

Hey Bob thankyou so much for your comment. To answer your question, no I did not have a plan, I had a picture in a Bombay cat and we just went from there.
