Finally I decided that I need to organize better my sheet goods stock but on the other hand I did not want a storage cart that takes much space … Shop space is Precious !!!
I build this cart in a day and it cost me nothing except the casters that I had to buy and the carriage bolts. Made out of construction lumber that I had to mill down to 2×4s with one problem that it was not long enough… so I had to split it in two but that was no big issues since the cart came out very strong.
The design is very easy to follow, it has not only space for sheet goods but at the back storage for your lumber stock and I use electrical conduits for the sheet to slide on . Its size is small 150cm long by 60cm deep and 100cm tall enough for my every day use needs. I have but up some measurement drawings of the critical parts in case anyone wants to make one like it.

A rack like this really helps clean up sheet goods. Being mobile is a nice addition as well.

It’s a small sturdy mobile rack that can hold 9 sheets and lots of lumber with a small foodprint… this is what I was aiming for… so far so good !!!
