This is a bowl I turned from a section of a tree where the limbs join together. One side of the bowl has the natural edge.

I love the way you were able to find and release all of the natural beauty of the tree. What type of Tree?

It is beautiful wood, I was very happy with the way it came out. I think the wood is cherry, I’m not really sure but that is what others have tole me.

Dinielle, I was told it was cherry but I’m not exactly sure. The grain is very complex due to where the limbs joined.

Have your say...
