Project Information

The Roubo Style Frame saw is a tool I made int he past, but I needed to remake it as I broke my old one. This in one hand tool that can completely change the way you work.

My last one was dropped and it blew out one of the mortices, and there were a few small tweaks I wanted to make on this one. it is made from White oak, and it was a pleasure to carve and shape.

If you have never had the chance to use one of these you should really give it a try. Here is the whole build video.

Very nice. You have to see the video to really appreciate the saw. I'm a subscriber now. I admire woodworkers that are really good with hand tools. While I am working to get more and more power tools, you are working rings around me with hand tools. Well done. I am going to show some of your videos to my students.
