I made this wooden flip top tool box this weekend to store some tools, but it can be used as any storage container. I have a link to the video below and in the video I show my larger tool storage box that I made a few years ago. Let me know what you think!

Sweet.! The hinge design / application is brilliant. Simple, functional, well crafted box.

Excellent work.
I have been toying with the idea to make one since I have seen this on the site of Matthias Wandel.
I very much like the way you made the hinges.

What I find particularly interesting is that you have another one attached to the wall.
Did you use a French cleat?

That way one can combine a portable toolbox with a tool cabinet.
Brilliant idea.
