I like everything about it.

She will probably give it to her first granddaughter on her first birthday.

I have to make some up similar, not as nice; for a “sale-item”. Thanks for the idea.

My Grandfather used to make loonie banks like these, but they would be in the shape of a loon. I totally forgot about them until this post. Thanks for the memory and inspiration for another kid friendly shop project for my kids and I.
I think I might have to try a chicken.
